Warm colors, happy plants, and a saltwater aquarium decorate our yoga space to create a calming and rejuvenating environment for yoga practice. The studio is nestled back 300 feet from the road among 360 degrees of beautiful hardwoods in a residential neighborhood in Lincoln County, North Carolina. Located about 10 minutes from the intersections of Highways 16 and 73 and Highways 27 and 73, our address is 4933 Arden Gate Drive, Iron Station, North Carolina.

Getting Started · Please contact Kelly to make an appointment or reserve your space in a small group class. For small group classes, please bring your completed Small Group Yoga Questionnaire to your first class. For private sessions, please complete the Private Instruction Questionnaire and contact Kelly. · Bring your yoga mat and props. Mat rentals are $1. · Dress comfortably. Your body temperature will fluctuate in class. Layers are recommended. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. Bring socks if your feet tend to get cold. Shoes are never worn in the studio space. · Avoid eating 60-90 minutes prior to practice. · Practice mindfulness. Help preserve the sacredness of the yoga studio space and let your practice begin before your class. Please avoid the use of strongly scented products and arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time with your cell phone off. Periodically clean your yoga mat and do not bring food or drink into the studio, other than water in a closed container. |
