Class Cancellations February 15-22 Class passes will be extended.
Class Descriptons Gentle ~ Yoga postures, movements, and breath practices that are gentle, nurturing, and slow. Blended ~ Well-rounded yoga practice for those in relatively good physical condition. Core Health ~ Core stabilizing and strengthening movements and postures to improve overall health. Dynamic ~ Invigorating yoga practice for those with prior yoga experience in good physical condition.
Class Rates $12 One Yoga Class $80 One Month Unlimited Class Pass $108 10-Class Pass (save 10% - expires in six months) $192 20-Class Pass (save 20% - expires in six months)
To Get Started · Please contact Kelly to reserve your space. Start in a class you will be relatively comfortable. · For small group classes, please bring your completed Small Group Yoga Questionnaire to your first class. · Bring your yoga mat and props. Mat rentals are $1. · Dress comfortably. Your body temperature will fluctuate in class. Layers are recommended. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. Bring socks if your feet tend to get cold. Shoes are never worn in the studio space. · Avoid eating 60-90 minutes prior to practice. · Practice mindfulness. Help preserve the sacredness of the yoga studio space and let your practice begin before your class. Please avoid the use of strongly scented products and arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time with your cell phone off. Periodically clean your yoga mat and do not bring food or drink into the studio, other than water in a closed container. |
